Our customers come first. That’s why I have developed  clear store policies that outline everything you need to know about shopping with Enchanted Dog Designs. 

Tax: To comply with USA regulations the tax applied to sales reflects the State tax for the area in which you live.

​Shipping  and Handling Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight and amount of the items shipped. All items are well packaged.  Carriers may vary based on your mailing address. Most packages will include basis insurance but please contact me if you want an additional coverage. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge.

Returns: I strive to be very accurate in my descriptions and pictures. Refunds are available if items arrive damaged. For all other claims, please contact me.  Many of my one-of-a-kind Jewelry pieces incorporate re-purposed, vintage or reclaimed items. They may show some wear that is standard for their age. I make sure that all my products are well wrapped and protected for shipping. Please be careful in your selection and  contact me if you have any questions prior to buying.  One-of-a kind items are Non-Refundable.
